Sparkly Raspberry
- 1 bottle of chilled J.R. Dill Winery Cayuga White Rise
- 1 bottle of Finger Lakes Distilling Raspberry Liqueur
- Raspberries for Garnish
Fill your champagne glass or martini glass 3/4 full with your chilled J.R. Dill Winery Cayuga White Rise. Add a splash of Finger Lakes Distilling Raspberry Liqueur. Add a few raspberries to your drink for garnish and serve.
A Rose-y Celebration
- 3 oz. of chilled Heron Hill Lady of the Lakes Bubbly Blush
- 1 oz. of Finger Lakes Distilling McKenzie Distiller’s Reserve Gin
- ½ oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. rose simple syrup (instructions below)
- Raspberries for garnish
Combine ice, gin, lemon juice, and rose simple syrup into a shaker. Shake for around 20 seconds and strain into your glass of choice. Top off with your chilled Heron Hill Lady of the Lakes Bubbly Blush and add a few raspberries for garnish and serve.
Rose Simple Syrup Instructions
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of Rose Water (food grade)
- 1 cup of white sugar
In a small saucepan add water, food grade rose water, and sugar and bring to a boil stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
After simmering, remove from the heat and let the syrup sit for 30 minutes. Pour the rose simple syrup into a glass container with a lid to let it finish cooling and for easy serving.
Simple syrup stays good for around 30 days with refrigeration.
Frozen Peach Bellini
- 1 bottle of chilled Glenora Wine Cellars Brut (or to make it a little sweeter and to kick the peachiness up a notch, try Glenora’s Peach Spumante)
- 1 cup of Mango nectar
- 3 cups of frozen peach slices
- Fresh mint for garnish
Blend Mango nectar and frozen peach slices in a blender. Fill your glass of choice half full of the blended mixture. Top off with chilled Glenora Wine Cellars Brut or Peach Spumante and add a mint leaf for garnish and serve.
Pomegranate Mimosa
- 1 bottle of chilled Wagner Vineyards Sparkling Riesling
- 1 Pomegranate worth of seeds
- Pomegranate Juice
- Sprig of Rosemary for garnish
- Optional: lime and granulated sugar for a sugar-coated rim
If you’re doing the sugar-coated rim, first cut a lime into slices and swipe around the rim before dipping into a shallow bowl or plate of granulated sugar.
Fill your champagne glass or martini glass 3/4 full with your chilled Wagner Vineyards Sparkling Riesling. Top off with pomegranate juice and add a few pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary on the top for garnish and serve.
Sparkling Wine Bowler
- 4 oz of chilled Dr. Konstantin Frank Sparkling Célèbre
- 1 oz of chilled Dr. Konstantin Frank Semi-Dry Riesling
- ½ oz of simple syrup (instructions below)
- ½ oz Cognac
- Strawberries for Garnish
In a shaker, muddle 3 strawberries and simple syrup together. On top of the muddled mixture, fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the Dr. Konstantin Frank Semi-Dry Riesling and cognac and shake well.
Pour everything from the shaker, including the ice, into a drinking glass of choice. Top off with Dr. Konstantin Frank Sparkling Célèbre and a strawberry for garnish and serve.
