SENECA LAKE WINE TRAIL MEMBER
Zugibe Vineyards was established in 2005 with an initial planting of 23 acres of various vinifera grapevines. These include Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Sauvignon Blanc. In 2007 an additional 17 acres were planted with Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger and the Austrian grape varietal Gruner Veltliner. It was the desire of Dr. Frederick Zugibe II to reunite his three sons from the farthest reaches of the United States back home to the Finger Lakes to help construct his dream to establish a premium wine estate in the region.
Our Phoenician Bistro is open from May-September from 12pm-3pm on Saturday and 5:50pm-8:30pm on Thursdays for our music series *subject to change*. Our unique menu pays homage to the Zugibe Family's Lebanese heritage featuring food including falafel, hummus, kefta, tabbouleh and hot pita sandwiches.
