Watkins Brewery Vacation Rentals, along the southern shoreline of Seneca Lake, is located in a historic building that once housed several businesses including a couple of different breweries, a Frozen Meat Locker, a mill that shipped its product by nearby rail and barge, and was a site owned by Welch's Grape Juice.

The refurbished building now houses seven town home rentals equipped with a full kitchen, living room, two to three bedrooms (sleeping anywhere from 4-8 guests), two and a half baths, top floor balcony, washer/dryer, and a seating deck by the lake with docking for your boat at the adjacent Shangri-La Marina. Pontoon boats, jet skis, kayaks, and bikes are available for rent on-site.

Watkins Brewery Vacation Rentals are within walking distance of Seneca Harbor Park, with the True Love sailboat, Captain Bill's dinner and sight-seeing cruises, and downtown Watkins Glen, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Craft beverage trails, water activities, Watkins Glen State Park, and Watkins Glen International are also nearby.
