The oldest building in Hammondsport, The Park Inn, has revamped its menu and philosophy under Chef Dan Eaton, a longtime fixture in the Rochester dining scene. Eaton's goal is to highlight the best Finger Lakes and New York State products by expanding the Park Inn's own organic farm and bringing local produce into the kitchen throughout the year. His hope is to bring more national atention to the developoing food and beverage scene of the Finger Lakes area.
The Park Inn also overs five beautifully-restored suites above the restaurant.
