Our circa 1850 Italianate home sits up on over two acres with unobstructed year-round views of Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes National Forest, hillside vineyards and farms. Relax and indulge on our expansive covered and screened stone veranda taking in all the views while listening to relaxing music. Enjoy the multiple outdoor sitting areas, whether by the fire pit, playing a game under 100-year-old pines or relaxing while listening to babbling Aunt Sarah’s Falls creek on the southern edge of the property. Inside you will find an elegant yet casual, large living room with floor to ceiling windows draped in lush fabric to highlight those lake views. When it gets a bit chilly outdoors cozy up to the fireplace with a drink. Off the living room you will find our guest pantry, which includes a fridge and microwave. Enjoy a coffee, hot chocolate or cup of tea and daily treats. Your sumptuous, generous breakfast to get you through a fun filled day of sightseeing will be served from 8:00 to 9:00 in our formal dining room, which features two large floor-to-ceiling windows, draped in luxurious period fabrics, looking out over the lake.
