This half-acre site, with about 200 feet of gorgeous lake frontage, is for the camping "purists" who thrive on pitching their own tent, and curling up in a cozy sleeping bag under the stars. "Get away from it all..." yet only two miles from downtown Watkins Glen. In 30 minutes or less, drive to the raceway, wineries, state parks, Corning Museum of Glass, and lots of other attractions! The site features a level tent site, picnic table, porta-potty, small stream, shade and trees. No bedrooms are available at this campsite; guests are encouraged to bring their own tent, sleeping bag(s) and other camping equipment. There is no potable water or shower. There is no plug-in electricity. Campfires are permitted in the designated fire pit. Kitchen and cooking equipment are not provided. Guests are able to access the half-acre campsite within the property lines There is no true plumbing / running water on the site, though an enclosed portable toilet / toilet paper is available. Please be sure to bring your own beverages.
