Single Island Shores is one of Seneca Lake’s newest lodging options with our first cottages opening in June 2016. Located on the east side of Seneca Lake, you will enjoy easy access to the Finger Lakes National Forest, local restaurants, top wineries, local shops, fresh produce stands, great breweries, and state parks.

We currently offer 21 vacation rentals that range from single-bedroom cottages up to 4 bedroom chalets. All of our cottages were built with rustic appeal and luxurious comfort, some of which include fully equipped kitchens. Guests of Single Island Shores can enjoy watching the sunset from their own porch deck, gathering around the campfire pits throughout the property, walking through the wooded areas, and fishing off the communal lake front boat dock.
