The Savannah House Inn opened in July 2008, and is uniquely decorated in a southern cottage style décor. Our rooms are exceptionally clean, and our guests have commented that the rooms feel like oxygen, fresh air, and like home. They often say that their sleep was the best they had experienced in a long time.

All rooms come with free wireless internet, A/C, refrigerator, microwave, hi-def flat screen TV with DVD and full range of programming and movie channels, and complementary wireless Internet access. The motel sits on 26 scenic acres, in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and overlooks the west side of Seneca Lake.

The Savannah House is the perfect place for groups of friends getting together, family reunions, special gettogethers for anniversary celebrations, and groups of friends touring the Wine Trail. It is possible to not only stay together as a group in the same facility, but also to gather as a group on our grounds and have plenty of space and privacy to socialize as a group.

We offer complimentary gourmet coffee and tea throughout the day and evening, in room massage therapy, canoe and kayak rentals with access to the lake, hiking trails on site, complementary picnic area and facilities, on site wine tasting parties, and fire pit. We also offer discounted wine tours through a local limo service.
