Operated by David and Sharon Sweet, Lavender Crest Farm has fresh cut lavender, dried lavender, lavender soap, lavender plants and other lavender products for sale during the month of July. We have been growing lavender for 6 years and are located on the corner of Bath Road and Second Milo; on a hill that overlooks the east side of Keuka Lake (thus our name). After experimenting with a number of varieties we have found about seven that grow well here in the Finger Lakes region of New York. We are known for our "grosso" and "super" varieties that have 36" to 48" spikes of lavender flowers and also contain a high volume of "essential oil". Our lavender products are “spa” like in quality, both in composition and fragrance. We sell items off our farm cart Monday – Thursday and then open the farm to visitors on Friday and Saturday 9 am – 5 pm. We are closed Sundays.
