FLUPA (Finger Lakes Underwater Preservation Association)

Finger Lakes Underwater Preservation Association (FLUPA) is a group of regional divers, associates, and families interested in the promotion of safe scuba diving in Schuyler County, while creating, preserving, and marking dive sites of historical items underwater within Seneca Lake. They promote interests through education, heightening awareness throughout out community about FLUPA and by working with local Dive shops like; S & R Underwater in the Watkins Glen area.
