Our farm stand opens in May with our freshly harvested asparagus for sale. Each week brings a bounty of fresh produce from our fields. Peas, early beets, spinach, and spring onions soon follow. Summer produce includes beans, blueberries, red and black raspberries, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, garlic, rhubarb, potatoes, and more. Fresh cut flowers and herbs are available upon request.
Homemade jams and jellies are also available, made with more fruit and less sugar than traditional recipes, as well as canned hot peppers, ranging from mild to hot.
