Charlie’s Café is an upscale restaurant located on Hoffman Street between Church and Gray Street in the West End Historical District of Elmira. Lunch and dinner are served Tuesday through Saturday and Brunch on Sunday. Come and experience great American food in a relaxing, casual atmosphere. Reservations are not required, but are recommended. We also provide local businesses and organizations with a neighborly meeting place for drinks and relaxation. Parties, catering and carry outs are also available.
