The Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Super Majors Tour (June 3-5, 2022) is deeply connected to the history of road racing at The Glen. As the sanctioning body of the original Watkins Glen Grand Prix in 1948, the SCCA has returned to the historic circuit in many forms since, from regional races to national championship events. The SCCA Majors Super Tour, established in 2012, is the pinnacle of amateur championship racing in the United States, bringing drivers from around the country to compete at one of North America's premier venues.

Watkins Glen International, the birthplace of American Road Racing, is home to over 60 years of motorsports history. Today, the Glen annually hosts the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen, as well as the US Vintage Grand Prix.
