Meet us at the Parent Resource Center (PRC) to walk down the street to KIDS ROCKWELL Art Lab!

Lil Rockwell creates opportunities to explore art-viewing and art-making for our littlest visitors and their caregivers. During different months, you’ll find either an art class suitable for children 18 months – 4 years, a story hour for children of all ages, or a stroller walk where even infants can participate! Lil Rockwell occurs on the first Thursday of every month except for September. Sure to make your little ones happy, and for the grown-ups – we have coffee!

We will cancel the morning of in case of inclement weather.

More than a museum – The Rockwell is a unique community center where people enjoy, connect, and reflect on the essence of the American experience, character, and values through the eyes of American artists. The Rockwell Museum is the only Smithsonian Affiliate in Upstate New York.

Housed within Corning’s Historic City Hall, The Rockwell explores the evolution of being American through the eyes of American artists. With up to three spotlight exhibitions throughout the year and an ever-evolving collection, there’s always something new to see and experience.
