| 1 slice | lemon for garnish |
| (To taste) | springs of fresh rosemary and/or thyme for garnish |

Directions
- Add your Heron Hill Winery Eclipse Red, Finger Lakes Distilling McKenzie Bourbon Whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and Campari into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass with a few ice cubes.
- Add a lemon slice with the fresh thyme and rosemary for garnish and serve.
Simple Syrup Instructions
In a small saucepan add water and sugar and bring to a boil stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
After simmering, remove from the heat and let the syrup sit for 30 minutes and store in a container easy to seal and serve from.
Simple syrup stays good for around 30 days with refrigeration
