The staff at Turkey Trot Acres Lodge offers a four-hour class introducing the art of wood-fired cooking to our guests. In these casual hands-on lessons, guests will learn to prepare and bake traditional Neapolitan style pizzas in our 800 - 900 degree ‘Forno Bravo’ brick-ovens.
Folks attending our lively classes will dine on the two classic pies that we create….. The 'Margherita' and our 'House Garlic Sauce' along with a full ‘wood kissed’ meal including antipasto salad and our local raw honey/apple pizzas for dessert. Also included are adult refreshments from local ‘Finger Lakes’ wineries and breweries.
