Spend the night at the National Soaring Museum! Beginning at 6:45 p.m. on Friday or Saturday night and running through 10 a.m. the following day, the program includes several educational activities, snacks, and breakfast. Spend the night learning about aeronautics, aviation history, glider design and construction, and visit the Harris Hill Soaring Corporation’s sailplane hangar in the morning. Suitable for children ages 7-14.
The National Soaring Museum is the only museum dedicated to motorless flight in the United States. Come see decades of local aviation history on Harris Hill, from early gliders to high-performance sailplanes used in national and international soaring contests today.
