Cook with Me. My father opened Chef’s Diner in 1949 when I was a year old. I spent every summer there since I was 8. In 1985 I took over the day to day operations of the restaurant. For the next 22 years I worked with my father at the area’s highest volume eatery. I sold the restaurant in 2007 and started a small catering company, Table for Two. The preparation of good food has been a passion of mine for many years. Before you arrive, we will discuss and plan the meal that you will prepare. Check-in to Rosemary’s Legacy and arrange your own cheese plate. Dinner on your own. After I prepare your breakfast, we will start prepping for dinner. We will prep each course, and set an elegant table. You will receive a Rosemary’s Legacy apron and a copy of all the recipes. In the evening, you will help me prepare your meal, then sit and eat it. I will do the dishes. Breakfast the next morning, and check out. Rates: two nights, 2 breakfasts, 1 gourmet dinner that you help prepare. $249 per person.
