Come and enjoy the warmth and comforts of our modern rambling farm house and separate Carriage House located on a 315 acre farm in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York. With numerous walking trails, a wide array of wildlife to watch or fishing on one of our two ponds, you can truly relax and get away from it all.

However, don't worry about getting bored, there are a variety of attractions only minutes away to help fill up your days. A sampling of these include the Corning Museum of Glass, The National War Plane Museum, The Glenn H. Curtiss Museum, The Rockwell Museum, Watkins Glen International, and Historic Palmyra, not to mention the shopping.

The land that the farm now sits on was purchased from the Sanford family in 1995. Lyman P. Sanford started farming the land after he bought it from Martin Pinney and his wife Fannie back in 1873.

At the time that we acquired the farm the original farm house and barn had fallen into disrepair and had partially collapsed. Not wanting to lose touch with those who had developed and worked the farm in the past, some of the old hand-hewn beams from the original homestead were salvaged and have been built into both the Carriage House and main home. See if you can spot them as you wander through the house.
