The best place in town to enjoy live music, good food, and a cold drink.  Stop in today and take a step inside history.

Steele Hotel, as it was first known, was built in the 1830’s by Ransom Steele. He was one of the original residents of Apalachin and one of the most influential people in the early development of the small village. Steele ran a mercantile store and was Apalachin’s first postmaster. Throughout history, ‘The RST’ , has had many designs and served many purposes; from living quarters to the area’s premier watering hole to a training facility for young men during the Civil War. Today it's a great place for live music, food, and drinks.

Our restaurant is available for private events: birthday parties, banquet dinners, bridal showers, retirement parties and more! We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
