Nano-brewery located in the Village of Horseheads at the corner of Chemung and Kendall Streets across from the Quick Lube. Just recieved all the required licensing and should be open around December 1st. General Information Here are our BEERS!!!..... Dennis' Barley Pops! SAPSUCKER - A seasonal beer. A robust full bodied American ale rich in color with smooth tones of maple and molasses, complemented with a hint of chocolate and a unique complexity that comes with the addition of local maple sap. As the season cools, this is the perfect beer to warm up with. KEWLERSKALD - A well-balanced classic amber ale is a crowd favorite. A pleasant malty caramel character with grassy hop notes and a light, crisp finish, A unique hop aroma with citrus notes comes from a delicate blend of Cascade, Chinook, and Fuggles hops. MOUNTIE BREES - A light bodied pale ale with a natural smooth flavor and a refreshing crisp finish. Complemented with just the right amount of hops make this a great anytime beer. We named this beer Mountie Brees because it was the first time we used Canadian grains, brewed in Breesport, NY. BLUE JAY - Our traditional India pale ale is brewed with an aggressive hop schedule featuring Cascade, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. The intense hop structure is sure to create an explosion on the the palate with a light citrus nose and a bone-dry finish. Some like to call our IPA the "sandwich: and it may leave you quite hoppy. RED WING - An American red ale made with an intricate blend of hops and crystal malt for a reddish caramel hue. A fruity nose with a malty mellowness and a slight bitter finish is sure to please the palate. This recipe was originally brewed on Redwing Dr. in Birdland.
