More Information

American Dance Asylum and The Rockwell Museum, in partnership with The Arts Council of Southern Finger Lakes, present “Truck” – a breathtaking evening with Bridgman|Packer Dance. Staged in the parking lot of The Rockwell Museum, an ordinary box truck evolves from its utilitarian form into a reimagined micro-world of visions and transformation – such is the enigmatic wizardry of Bridgman|Packer Dance. Masterfully creating cinematic magic in real-time for both the proscenium stage and in their site-specific Truck, the company’s skill in partnering video with live performance can evoke the hauntingly vivid world of American painter Edward Hopper, capture the arid beauty of the Mojave desert or transform a simple duet to a kaleidoscopic wonder – all in one thrilling evening.

Performances starting at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 pm (Q+A will follow 7:30 performance with moderator Lois Welk)
After-party with the dancers | 8 p.m. at the ARTS Council (79 W. Market Street)
Runtime approximately 20 minutes

30 tickets available per performance, reserve your tickets 9 am - 5 pm at The Rockwell Museum on Friday, July 27.

All tickets will be held at the Rockwell box office - collect your ticket at least 10 minutes before the performance.
