Join us as Winemaker Peter Bell & Chef Brud Holland guide you through the building blocks of food and wine pairings. Each of the 3 courses will build upon the principles chefs and winemakers use when collaborating on food and wine pairing. Learning the foundation will give you the tools to make your own pairings with confidence at home. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance online or by calling 315-536-4616.
