Each of the 3 courses will build upon the principles chefs and winemakers use when collaborating on food and wine pairings. Learning the foundation will give you the tools to make your own pairings with confidence at home.
Due to the nature of this event, the menu cannot be altered for dietary restrictions.
We do require a minimum of 10 seats reserved in order to host the dinner by Tuesday before the Friday event. There is a maximum of 30 seats available.
