The Rockwell believes in civic engagement and builds community through partnerships and collaboration— that’s why we’re proud to once again partner with The Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes to host the Musician’s Choice Chamber Music Series. In this unique series, the featured performers choose a piece of artwork from The Rockwell Collection to inspire their concert.


Due to restrictions set forth by the New York State Liquor Authority, in order to attend the reception prior to the concert, advance reservations of 24 hours are required. Tickets purchased the day of will not be able to attend the reception.

From Art Hunts to our NEW Family Exploration Studio, the museum is designed to make art accessible to kids, and inspire an appreciation for art at a young age. Kids love our activities, and parents become gallery experts to guide their families through the story of art throughout America. Young museum-goers will adore the opportunity to explore on their own. Housed in the beautifully restored 19th century Old City Hall building Historic Old City Hall in Corning, New York, The Rockwell lays at the heart of the greater Finger Lakes fine arts community. Kids and teens 17 and under are always free and enjoy the complimentary shuttle from The Corning Museum of Glass.
