More Information

Continuing this spirited tradition at The Rockwell Museum, The Gingerbread Invitational—a fun, artful gingerbread competition with a focus on landmarks and architecture in our beloved region.

As we celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Old City Hall (The Rockwell’s beloved home), we can’t help but marvel not just about the building’s history but its future potential. This year, the theme of the Gingerbread Invitational is Fantastical Future—teams of gingerbread enthusiasts and community members like you have re-imagined regional landmarks with a futuristic twist.

Find these amazing creations on display at The Rockwell November 23 - December 31. An opening reception and awards ceremony will take place on November 30.

A panel of judges will announce three Judges' Choice winners, then visitors will vote on their favorite gingerbread creations. The winner of the Community Choice Award will be announced after the exhibition ends.

Come dressed in your favorite sweater for sweet treats and holiday fun!
