Kyle will be in every other Monday evening beginning in February to answer all your questions (please bring them!) and let you explore your curiosity about wine!
Each class is $15 if you bring your own wine glasses and we recommend at least 3 glasses to bring from home. Please make sure your glasses are similar in shape and size and have a stem (like what's pictured). If you would like to be provided glasses, you can purchase them with your ticket for an additional $10.

Sign up to learn:
Class #1 (2/11) - How to Taste Wine & Shop for Wine
Learn how to approach a glass of wine, how to taste quality in a wine, and look like a pro in front of your friends!
We'll taste wines from old world and new and discuss labels and terminology and how to judge a book by its cover when you're shopping
Class #2 (2/25) - How Wine is Made
What's the difference between red, white, and rose? What does oak mean? How is a dessert wine, fortified wine, sparkling wine made differently?
Have you had these questions? We'll taste different styles and discuss!
Class #3 (3/11) - Varietal Series: Chardonnay Around the World
Drink Chardonnay and want to know more? Maybe you're trying to get back into Chardonnay... let's take an hour-long trip around the world trying this wine from diffrent climates and countries from Finger Lakes, France (Burgundy & Chablis), California, New Zealand, and Australia.
Class #4 (3/25) - Varietal Series: Pinot Noir Around the World
Love Pinot Noir? We're going to compare Finger Lakes, California, South America, Australia, Germany (Spatburgunder), and France (Burgundy) and discuss why this grape is all about location, location, location.
Class #5 (4/8) - Varietal Series: The Oddballs
You're adventurous and you love trying new things in wine... this class is for you! We're going to taste some less-popular varietals of wine from places they're grown best and talk about what makes them unique.
We'll try Torrontes, Chenin Blanc, and Viognier for some whites; For reds we'll have Xinomavro, Pinotage, and Mencia!
Class #6 (4/22) - Sherry: Not your grandma's drink...
This class is a bit selfish, but Kyle loves Sherry/Jerez, so we're going to taste and learn more about the different styles of sherry because it is so unique and special.
Contrary to what most people think, most Sherry is DRY. Let's try this strange, magically-versatile, fortified wine from Spain- from dry to lusciously sweet- as we taste Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez (PX), and yes... higher-quality Cream/Medium Sherry.
