Join Jad Abumrad for his talk, The Miracle of Indoor Plumbing, as he deconstructs the process of finding and developing stories and creating new, original work. He’ll unearth the hidden ingredients key to the stories that inspire, change and connect us all.

Jad Abumrad is the host and creator of Radiolab, a public radio program broadcast on 524 stations across the nation and downloaded more than 9 million times a month as a podcast. In 2010, Radiolab was awarded the prestigious George Foster Peabody Award, and in 2011, Abumrad was honored as a MacArthur Fellow.

Young museum-goers will adore the opportunity to explore on their own. Housed in the beautifully restored 19th century Old City Hall building Historic Old City Hall in Corning, New York, The Rockwell lays at the heart of the greater Finger Lakes fine arts community. Kids and teens 17 and under are always free and enjoy the complimentary shuttle from The Corning Museum of Glass.
