The Rockwell Museum collection tells the story of the American experience through a display of stunning art about America. Get the brief introduction to The Rockwell’s collection with 26.2 minute speed tours! The diverse collection includes a mix of contemporary Native American art with traditional bronze sculptures, landscape paintings and other works that embody America. Founded on a collection by Robert and Hertha Rockwell, the collection today includes some of the best works of the great American artists including Albert Bierstadt, Andy Warhol, Thomas Moran, Alfred Jacob Miller, and especially significant paintings and bronzes by Frederic Remington and Charles Russell.

Open daily, The Rockwell welcomes the young and the young-at-heart to explore Art About America. From Art Hunts to our NEW Family Exploration Studio, the museum is designed to make art accessible to kids, and inspire an appreciation for art at a young age. Kids love our activities, and parents become gallery experts to guide their families through the story of art throughout America. Young museum-goers will adore the opportunity to explore on their own. Housed in the beautifully restored 19th century Old City Hall building Historic Old City Hall in Corning, New York, The Rockwell lays at the heart of the greater Finger Lakes fine arts community. Kids and teens 17 and under are always free and enjoy the complimentary shuttle from The Corning Museum of Glass.
