McKenzie Bourbon Mint Julep
3 sprigs fresh mint
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon water
2 ounces McKenzie Bourbon
Muddle 2 mint sprigs, water and sugar in highball glass*
Add crushed ice and bourbon
Garnish w/ remaining mint sprig
(*Alternatively, make a simple syrup using 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup sugar and 5-10 mint sprigs. Use 2 Tbl spoons of syrup per Julep)
McKenzie Cobbler
2.5 ounces McKenzie Bourbon
1teaspoon superfine sugar
small splash of water
small splash of FLD Cherry Liqueur
1 slice of orange, cut into quarters
Add sugar, water and orange slice in highball glass
Add crushed ice, bourbon, and splash of FLD Cherry Liqueur
Garnish with an orange twist
