WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (June 20, 2018) – In addition to the weekend-long celebration that is the Finger Lakes Wine Festival presented by Yancey’s Fancy New York’s Artisan Cheese, The Jack Daniel’s Club at Watkins Glen International is among the marquee venues for wine-centric events on the evening of Saturday, July 14.

The facility, overlooking a section of The Glen, along with the valley leading to Seneca Lake, will host the Taster’s Banquet, concluding the first day of USA Today’s ‘Best Wine Festival’. Highlighted by a four-course meal, there will also be a variety of Finger Lakes wines, carefully selected from regional experts from Women for WineSense, to sample with each dish.

The four courses are as follows:

First Course: Raw Beet Quinoa Salad

Second Course: Stuffed North Atlantic Haddock

Third Course: Shallot Crusted Beef Tenderloin

Fourth Course: Individual Tiramisu

Doors for the Taster’s Banquet are set to open at 5:30 p.m., and a ticket must be purchased in advance.
