WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (December 14, 2015) – The 2015 Seneca Lake Wine Trail event schedule comes to a close with the completion of the sold out Deck the Halls event on December 4-6, but the 2016 schedule is locked in place and tickets are already on sale.

“Many Finger Lakes wine lovers enjoy giving bottles of wine for the holidays,” says Trail President, Jeffrey Dill of J.R. Dill Winery on the east side of Seneca Lake, “but we want them to remember that tickets to an event sometimes fit better into a stocking hung on the mantle!”

Kicking off the Trail’s 30th Anniversary year will be Pasta & Wine Weekend on January 15-17, 2016.  Ticket holders will enjoy a self-guided tour around Seneca Lake, visiting participating member wineries where dishes featuring pasta will be paired with award-winning wines.  At $40/pp, or $30 for a Designated Driver ticket, it’s a fun, affordable way to visit familiar wineries and find new favorites. Tickets must be purchased in advance by visiting the Trail’s website www.SenecaLakeWine.com or by calling the office during regular business hours at (877) 536-2717.
