PENN YAN, NY (March 13, 2018) – Finger Lakes Premier Properties (FLPP) has invited 11 of the top vacation rental business in the Northeast to attend the Vacation Rental Exchange (VRX), March 19-21 in Penn Yan. FLPP will host this 3 day conference to collaborate and learn about the latest technology and practices available to the vacation rental industry because of their commitment to property owners, guests and investment buyers to deliver the highest quality management services.

The VRX conference is an annual event merging the leading vacation rental companies on the east coast.  In addition, the Presidents of both the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) will be in attendance providing the most up-to-date trends and future predictions of the industry with its fellow leaders.

Along with FLPP, 11 vacation rental management companies from 9 US states and Canada will be attending this esteemed event, including: Taylor Made Deep Creek, Oak Island Accommodations, GetAway Vacations Inc., Bay Side Rentals, Lakeshore Lodging & Cottage Care, New England Vacation Rental, Pocono Mountain Rentals, Atlantic Vacation Homes, Brindley Beach, Dunes Realty, and Tremblant Living.

The event features two days of specialized sessions discussing valued topics within the industry such as challenges with third-party booking sites, operations best practices and efficiency’s, technological innovations, and evolving marketing trends.

In addition, every year three keynote speakers are selected for an all-encompassing speech to instruct and inspire.  This year, the honor has been given to Durk Johnson, Owner and President of VRHP, Erik Guy, Partner and Executive Consultant at Predictive Synergistic Systems, and Claudia St. John, Owner and President of Affinity HR.
