WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (November 15, 2018) – Join us on Monday, December 10 for a fun, effective, and delicious (!) networking opportunity! The Harvest Schuyler Committee of the Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes farmers, restaurant owners, bed and breakfast owners, chefs - anyone looking to supply local ingredients to local businesses OR looking to source local ingredients from local farmers - to attend the Harvest Schuyler Progressive Celebration.

Things kick off at Junebar at 5:00 PM with registration, a cash bar, and networking. At 6:00 PM, we'll move down the street to Nickel's Pit BBQ for dinner, a cash bar, a short program, and more networking. The menu will feature a number of incredible small bites, created especially for this event by Chef Nick Thayer. Just a few of the delicious items include a mushroom fritter with black currant mayo; Asian fried chicken with scallion pancakes, kimchi, and condiments; elk tenderloin with blackberry au jus, goat cheese grits, and fried pickled mushrooms; tartine of camembert and beets, and chocolate farro arancini.
