WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (July 12, 2016) - Watkins Glen International is pleased to announce a partnership with Friendly Ford, and Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Penn Yan, N.Y., just ahead of the Finger Lakes Wine Festival presented by Yancey’s Fancy New York’s Artisan Cheese.

The dealerships, which offer new and used inventory to the Penn Yan, Bath, and Geneva areas, will provide Ford, Dodge, and Chrysler pace car vehicles for the July 15 -17th event. Festival guests can purchase rides in these cars and trucks on the historic 3.4-mile circuit during the event.

“Friendly Dodge and Friendly Ford are proud to sponsor this year’s 20th Finger Lakes Wine Festival.  As a dealership, we strive to be involved in the community and this event provided another opportunity to do so,” said Bryan Ryan, General Manager of Friendly Ford. “We look forward to helping Watkins Glen make this their best festival yet. We hope that the public enjoys their pace car rides as much as we enjoy providing them.”

“Watkins Glen International is excited to partner with one of the great dealerships in our region,” said WGI President Michael Printup. “Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep has a great reputation for outstanding service, and we look forward to them being part of our 20th anniversary Finger Lakes Wine Festival presented by Yancey’s Fancy New York’s Artisan Cheese next weekend.”
