Wagner Vineyards, located on the east side of Seneca Lake in Lodi, NY is a 100% estate grown producer. Five generations of the Wagner family have grown grapes in the deep, glacial soils on the eastern slopes of Seneca Lake, beginning in the early 1900s. Riesling was first planted on the Wagner farm in 1976, the same year that the Farm-Winery act that allowed growers to operate a winery was passed. Wagner Vineyards opened its doors in 1979 after three years of construction. Now, the estate winery has more than 250 acres of vine under cultivation, 60 of which are dedicated to Riesling. In recent years, the Finger Lakes region of New York State has become known as a top producing region for world-class Rieslings. The team at Wagner Vineyards is dedicated to excellence in the growth and production of Finger Lakes Rieslings and other fine wines. Wagner Vineyards is open daily, year round.
