Monday, February 16 at Three Birds Resaurant, Market Street, Corning

Tuesday, February 17 at The Gaffer Grill, Market Street, Corning
*Featuring the wines of Glenora Wine Cellars paired a la carte with the restaurant's regular menu. 

Wednesday, February 18 at Tony R's Steakhouse, Market Street, Corning
Start time: 6 PM
Price: $75 plus tax and gratuity for PALATE passholders

Hors d' oeuvres
Shrimp and pork on sugarcane skewers topped with pineapple mango jam
Gorgonzola and caramelized red onion flat bread

Appetizer
Lobster pancake stuffed with stirfried vegetables and served over a bed of coconut lemongrass broth

Soup
Cream of asparagus topped with Alaskan king crab meat

Pasta
Homemade ravioli stuffed with smoked chicken, ricotta and parmesan cheeses and served with a tomato, basil, and balsamic sauce

Entree
Twin filet medallions and herb grilled lobster tail, served with wilted spinach and a bordelaise sauce

Dessert
Apple Tart Tatin. Caramelized apples on top of a small round of puff pastry dough and served with vanilla ice cream and a caramel/ice wine reduction.
