Finger Lakes Wine Country wants to help you JUMP START your next Finger Lakes Wine Country vacation by offering all visitors arriving by air through the Elmira Corning Regional Airport June 7, 2012  – April 30, 2013 savings and deals from a wide range of tourism businesses including museums, wineries, restaurants, accommodations, transportation providers and retail shops. 

The process is easy.  Fill-out the registration form below to receive a passport by mail or pick-up your JUMP START pass at one of the following locations:

The Finger Lakes Wine Country JUMP START (show your pass and save) program lets you convert your airline boarding pass into a special savings pass to use at a large number of tourism businesses throughout Finger Lakes Wine Country.  You’ll discover world-class museums, award-winning wineries, charming shops, delightful restaurants and so much more beginning just a few short minutes from the Elmira Corning Regional Airport.

After registering, you will receive via email your redemption voucher. You will need to bring the redemption voucher, along with your same-day boarding pass and photo I.D., to one of the JUMP START redemption locations.

Valid from Thursday June 7, 2012 through Tuesday April 30, 2013.

Please read the following Rules & Regulations carefully. Once you have read and accepted the JUMP START Rules & Regulations you may proceed to the registration form.

Online registration is required prior to departure. No exceptions.

• Valid at all participating JUMP START businesses.  Participating businesses are subject to change before and during the promotion.
• Offer valid for Elmira Corning Regional Airport arrivals via regularly scheduled commercial airlines only.
• Only one JUMP START pass per person, per boarding pass and redemption voucher. Fraudulently receiving more than one pass per boarding pass and redemption voucher will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• PRINT TWO COPIES OF YOUR BOARDING PASS to the passport pick-up location just in case the airline retains your boarding pass.
• If planning on using your mobile phone or PDA as an electronic boarding pass, you still must print a copy of your boarding pass to use with the JUMP START voucher.
• Baggage claim tickets will not be accepted if you do not have a boarding pass.
• Boarding pass must be presented at time of program redemption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
• Children must either have a photo I.D. or be accompanied by an adult with proper photo I.D. and redemption voucher.
• The JUMP START pass is non-transferable, not for resale and has no dollar value.
• The JUMP START promotion may not be applied or combined with other offers or promotional programs. 
• Other promotional rules and regulations may apply. Promotion may be cancelled at any time without advanced notice.

WARNING: Printing and using fraudulent airline boarding passes is a serious crime and will be reported to local police authorities and the Department of Homeland Security, which may seriously affect your future ability to fly domestically and internationally.
