Established in 1997, Wagner Brewing Co. is a small craft-brewing operation. Wagner provides beer-loving patrons with a variety of award-winning craft-brewed beers. Their six standard brews are complemented by seasonal specialties. The brew system at Wagner's is an imported 20-BBL German-style, steam fired, four-vessel brew house, specifically designed for decoction mashing.

The Bistro at Red Newt Cellars is the place to go for in-depth tasting paired with tapas style foods. The tasting menu is created with seasonality in mind, focusing on the local products. It is their vision to create a synergy of food and wine in the Finger Lakes. It is their mission to produce exceptional wine and innovative regional cuisine presented with exemplary service in an intimate atmosphere.
